SEFA Industrial Solutions is our business unit that provides Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, and Fabrication services. Uniquely, we offer integrated project services in these technical areas. With decades of experience designing and operating our own plants, we have specialized capabilities in bulk material handling equipment, piping systems, and process equipment for new facilities or repairs.
Safety First
As construction professionals, Safety is our highest priority and employees are trained to use a Job Safety Analysis formal assessment to plan projects considering possible hazards, required permits, and necessary PPE. Team members serving in electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and fabrication roles are trained in safety programs and practices maintained by utility partners and customers as well as SEFA’s comprehensive safety program.
Mechanical
SEFA can provide design, installation, and repair of piping, specialized process piping, conveying and material handling systems, chutes and ductwork, and can troubleshoot operating challenges.
With expertise in material handling and conveying systems, we design and fabricate solutions to improve throughput for silos, hoppers, conveyors, baghouses, and ductwork.
Electrical
We offer complete industrial electrical services for facility upgrades, retrofits, and capital improvements that improve plant safety and productivity, from specification and procurement to construction and installation.
We specify and install power distribution systems including transformers, substations, panelboards, motor control centers, switchgear, and busway electrical distribution systems.
Instrumentation & Controls
For all types of instrumentation and process controls, we provide expert service in installation, testing, and calibration for process and plant optimization.
Control systems expertise includes Distributive Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Control Systems (PLCs), Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and electrical controls.
Fabrication
For large to small utility, industrial, and manufacturing customers, we perform fabrication of piping, structural steel, material handling equipment, vessels, and tanks. We can tailor solutions to address maintenance challenges.
SEFA fabricates structural steel catwalks, platforms, equipment supports, pipe bridges, and pipe racks.
